What We Expect From Our Jr. Traders:

• Dedication and perseverance

The position requires the utmost commitment, as we are not a 9:30am-4pm trading firm (please do not respond if you think these are your hours). We have rigid rules and expectations of our traders, with no room for non-serious individuals. The position is non-salaried, and is performance based. A capital contribution is required.

Position Requirements:

• BA/BS degree required
• Basic knowledge of financial markets; Experience not necessary, but a plus
• Finance/Math background a plus
• Trading licenses not required, but a plus
